Angus Women’s Aid believes that volunteering should be a rewarding experience for everyone.  People volunteer for a variety of reasons such as giving something back to the community or to an organisation which has directly or indirectly impacted on their lives. Others are looking for opportunities to gain new skills and knowledge.

Opportunities for volunteers include:-

  • Befriending
  • Group work with women or children (social)
  • Issue focussed group work
  • Drivers
  • Cleaners
  • School information sessions
  • Therapeutic play sessions
  • Fundraising
  • Reception & administration
  • Gardener
